Do Upper Facial Fillers Hurt?

Rest assured that ​Dr Asalet Yener is a UK-trained, GMC-registered Medical and Cosmetic Doctor (with a surgical background) who has a strong special interest in Aesthetics. ​Following your dermal filler treatment you may find that the affected area may be a bit red, sore and swollen. Sometimes you may notice a slight bruising. This should settle down after a few days. 

Where Happens To The Filler Once It Wears Off?

Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid which is a substance found naturally in our body. Over time the body naturally breaks down the dermal filler which is safely reabsorbed by the body, just like natural hyaluronic acid, and the results will fade.
